“I am the bearer of the 1st best innovative project in the wilaya of Tlemcen and the head of Biovisium.
Biovisium is the first company in Algeria and Africa specialising in the manufacture of natural plant-based detergents.
I participated in the innovation competition organised by the Ministry of Industry in order to develop my project and increase its marketing potential. Winning this award has allowed us to achieve our original goals and to develop both professionally and personally.
… I hope that this APIE platform will allow us to forge many more relationships with the different players in the ecosystem and state institutions.”
“Our project consists of developing a skills repository for industry professions in both paper and digital form. The repository retraces the entire production process at the level of workshops and industrial units, which has enabled us to draw up :
- an updated cartography of the industry’s trades,
- to know the real training needs of industrialists and to draw up detailed training plans
… This project represented for us the possibility of popularizing our experience in the field of reference systems in order to make the different companies benefit from the good practices acquired throughout our course, but also, the direct occasion to say that the SME/SMI contribute and can boost the industry and the national economy.
The innovation prize has personally given me the opportunity to get to know the SME/SMI sector better, to get to know several economic players, but also to strengthen and increase my knowledge and skills through the various training courses provided by the German partner GIZ, which I would like to thank very much.”
